This adorable Girl Scout Law Craft is a great hands-on way for girls to learn the Girl Scout Law. Do the craft as is or add your own creative flair!

If you need a fun way for your troop to learn the Girl Scout Law, you'll love this adorable Girl Scout Law Craft! My daughter had a great time coloring and making her own flowerpot with flowers. We didn't paint or decorate or our flowerpot but it would be a fun and creative touch if you have time. Each petal of the printable flower shares the ten guiding principles of the Girl Scout Law.

❤️ Why you'll love this craft
- Budget friendly: We were able to find small flower pots at our local dollar store. You will also need paper straws or pipe cleaners to use as the stem. The other supplies are common craft supplies that you probably already have on hand.
- Hands on: This cute flowerpot craft is an easy hands-on way for Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts to practice learning and memorizing Girl Scout Law.
- Creative: You can add your own creative flair to this craft. You could decorate the pot with paint or stickers. I'd love to hear your ideas in the comments below.
📝 Supplies needed for this craft

For this craft you will need:
- Small flower pot: We got ours from our local dollar store.
- Printable template: See further below for the PDF. There is no sign up or email required to get the template.
- Crayons, markers, or colored pencils: To color the flower in.
- Tape
- Paper straws, pipe cleaners, or popsicle sticks: For the stem of the flower.
- Small piece of cardboard: Or you could also use a piece of foam. I recommend for the adults to cut out the cardboard and have it ready for the girls.
- Hole punch
✂️ How to make (step by step guide)

Step 1: Print out the template and color it in.
Step 2: Cut out a small piece of cardboard and use the hole punch to punch two holes in it (for the flower stems).
Step 3: Add the cardboard to the pot.
Step 4: Cut the flowers out then tape a paper straw to the back of them. Tuck them into the holes of the cardboard.
⭐ Tips
- I don't recommend printing double sided. I tried it as I try to print double sided when possible (for environmental reasons). The words bled through and it didn't look good. Take my tip that way you don't waste any paper like I did!
- If you have time, you could have your troop paint or decorate their pots.
- You can add brown shredded paper on top of the cardboard to make it look like dirt.
